A Spa Day for Women Teams — No Bar, No Speeches

Candlelight and warm stone — a quiet studio day arranged for a small team of women

Most team days ask women to perform enjoying themselves — drinks, games, another round of small talk. A corporate women's wellness day at Elite Ladies Club does the opposite: each woman on the team gets her own private spa session, staggered through one quiet studio day, with tea and deep chairs in between and nothing she has to join in.

A warm lounge where the team drifts in and out between sessions

Together at the edges, private in the middle

The team arrives together and the kettle goes on. Then the day loosens: one woman disappears behind her door for her session while the others read, doze, or talk in the low-lit sitting room — real talk, the kind that rarely survives a conference table. Sessions rotate until everyone has had hers.

Nobody watches anybody else's care, nobody's preferences are discussed with the group, and nobody is gathered for a closing activity. The day ends when the last session ends, with shoulders visibly lower than they arrived.

What the day holds

A private session in warm, low light

A private session each

Every woman chooses her own session — grounding Balinese-style care, scalp and shoulder release, or the deeper sensory work — at her own pace, behind her own door.

A green, quiet sitting room for the hours between sessions

A room that holds the gaps

Between sessions the studio is the team's: warm throws, tea refilled without asking, phones quietly ignored. Waiting here does not feel like waiting.

Tea poured slowly for the whole team

One tea sitting, together

Once in the day, sessions pause and the team sits together for tea in robes. No agenda is set for it. That is the point.

Los Angeles, where the studio day is arranged near the team

Near your office, arranged quietly

The studio is arranged near the team in Los Angeles and the address is shared only with your group after confirmation. No signage, no lobby, no audience.

A quiet minute alone in a warm room

The honest friction, planned for

Not everyone on a team wants the same thing from a day like this, and one or two may arrive politely skeptical — a spa day can sound like a prize for the loudest quarter. The arrangement protects them too: a session can be shorter, lighter, or swapped for quiet rest in the sitting room with tea, without announcement and without anyone needing to explain why.

What we will not do is turn care into content. No branded backdrop, no photographer, no testimonials collected at the door. If your team wants a photo, you will take it yourselves.

Questions teams ask first

How many women can a corporate spa day hold?

Small teams work best — four to ten women, staggered through the day so the studio never feels like an event venue. Larger groups are split across two days rather than crowded into one.

Is anyone obliged to join in group activities?

There are none. No icebreakers, no sharing circles, no group photos unless your team asks for one. Each woman's session is private, and the shared time is simply tea, quiet and good chairs.

Warm detail in the studio between sessions
How far ahead should we arrange it?

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full team day; a weekday can sometimes be held sooner. One message with your headcount and two candidate dates is enough to start.

Can the company pay for the day?

Yes. The day is quoted as one confirmed total for the group and confirmed in writing beforehand, so whoever approves it on your side sees exactly what is included before anyone arrives.
